The City RP store is operated by The City RP LLC (“we”, “us”), which is responsible for the information described here. This policy explains what we handle, who else handles it and why. We keep it to what is needed to sell and deliver packages.
Stored in your browser
This site saves a few things in your browser’s storage so the store works. None of them leave your device unless you check out.
- Your basket: the packages you have added, so they are still there when you come back.
- Checkout references: the ID of your Tebex basket and when it was created, so the confirmation page can check your payment went through.
The site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Clearing this site’s data from your browser removes everything above.
Tebex
When you check out, your browser connects directly to Tebex. Tebex collects what it needs to take payment and prevent fraud, such as your payment details, name, email address, IP address, country and the game account you sign in with. Tebex handles this under its own privacy policy. We never see your full card details.
What we receive
Tebex shares the details we need to deliver and support your order, such as your in-game username or account ID, what you bought, the price and the transaction ID, and where Tebex provides them, your email address and country. We use these to:
- deliver your packages and keep them active on our servers.
- help you when you contact us about an order.
- prevent fraud, chargeback abuse and breaches of our rules.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Discord and hosting
If you contact us on Discord, we see the messages and profile details you share there, and Discord’s own privacy policy applies. The company that hosts this website may log standard request details, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for delivery, support, fraud prevention and our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, for example under the UK or EU GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, open a ticket on our Discord. For information Tebex holds, contact Tebex directly. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The store is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to buy.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. See also our Terms of Service.
