The City RP store and servers are operated by The City RP LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms apply whenever you buy from the store. By completing a purchase you agree to them, to Tebex’s checkout terms and to the City RP server rules.
Who you are buying from
Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, which acts as the reseller for every order. Tebex takes the payment and handles billing support and refunds under its own terms. City RP delivers what you buy on its game servers.
What you are buying
Packages are digital perks for use on City RP servers, such as memberships, queue priority, in-game currency, vehicles and clothing. They:
- are licensed to you for use on our servers. You do not own them, and they cannot be transferred or resold.
- have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- only work while you are able to play on our servers.
Accounts and delivery
Sign in during checkout with the account Tebex asks for, so your order reaches the right player. Packages are delivered automatically once payment is confirmed. Some apply the next time you join the server, and some need your Discord linked to your in-game account, as noted on the package. If something has not arrived within 24 hours, open a ticket on our Discord.
Subscriptions
Subscription packages renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time using the link in your Tebex receipt email, and the package stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Server rules
A purchase does not put you above the server rules. If you are banned or restricted for breaking them, you lose access to purchased perks for that time and no refund is due. Unban packages work only as described on the package and do not excuse future breaches.
Changes to the game
To keep the server fair and working, we may change, rebalance or remove in-game items, vehicles, currencies and features. We announce major changes on our Discord. Changes like these do not entitle you to a refund unless the law requires one.
Chargebacks
If there is a problem with a payment, contact Tebex or us first. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead may lead to a permanent ban from our servers and this store, and Tebex may block future purchases.
No affiliation
City RP is an independent community server run by The City RP LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. Grand Theft Auto, GTA and FiveM are trademarks of their respective owners.
Liability
The store and our servers are provided as they are, and we cannot promise they will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for downtime, lost progress or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and purchases are covered by the terms in place when you made them. Questions go to a ticket on our Discord. See also our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
