- Our team reviews the case and confirms the outcome.
🔍 Review & Refunds
Every purchase is reviewed by staff before it is actioned. If we decline your case, you are refunded in full — you are never charged for an unban we do not grant.
⚠️ Important
- This is a one-time reset, not a licence to repeat the offence. A second ban for the same conduct is final.
- Bans involving real-world harm, threats, doxxing or anything unlawful are never eligible, at any price.
- Any in-character assets, money or progression lost as part of the original punishment are not restored.
- Staff decisions are final. Purchasing does not entitle you to a specific outcome.
