Server Unban
A second chance on the server. This appeal covers standard in-game bans — rule breaks, conduct issues and roleplay violations that removed your access to The City.
$74.99
Perm/TOS Unban
For accounts removed permanently or under a terms-of-service breach. This is a full case review rather than a routine appeal, and it is priced to reflect the work involved.
🔓 What It Covers
- Permanent Server Bans — including indefinite removals
- Terms of Service Breaches — where the conduct is eligible for review
- Full Access Restored — server and Discord, where both were revoked
- Senior Staff Review — assessed by our leadership team, not first-line support
❌ What It Does Not Cover
Cheating and unauthorised modifications — see the Cheater Unban. Anything involving real-world harm, threats or unlawful activity remains permanently ineligible.
⚙️ How It Works
- Complete your purchase here on the store.
- Open a ticket in our Discord: https://discord.gg/cityrp
- Provide your Discord tag, in-game name and the reason you were banned.
- Our team reviews the case and confirms the outcome.
🔍 Review & Refunds
Every purchase is reviewed by staff before it is actioned. If we decline your case, you are refunded in full — you are never charged for an unban we do not grant.
⚠️ Important
- This is a one-time reset, not a licence to repeat the offence. A second ban for the same conduct is final.
- Bans involving real-world harm, threats, doxxing or anything unlawful are never eligible, at any price.
- Any in-character assets, money or progression lost as part of the original punishment are not restored.
- Staff decisions are final. Purchasing does not entitle you to a specific outcome.
